What does the design preview cost?

Nothing. You get the to-scale drawing and the price free and without obligation — even if you decide against it in the end.

How fast will I get an answer?

Within 12 hours during our office hours. The answer comes from a person, not from an autoresponder.

My logo is only a photo or a screenshot. Is that enough?

Yes. We redraw your logo where needed. Just send whatever you have — a photo of your door sign is plenty to start with.

Can the sign go outdoors?

For outdoor use we build a weatherproof IP67 version. Tell us where the sign will hang when you send your request and we'll plan for it from the start.

Can we pay by invoice?

Payment by invoice is available for companies and public bodies — just mention it with your request. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced at 0 % VAT under the reverse-charge procedure.

We need several signs for different locations.

No problem. Tell us the quantity and the locations with your request — we'll plan the signs as a consistent set and, if you like, ship them straight to each address.

Which countries do you ship to?

Yes. We ship across Europe and beyond with DHL Express and FedEx. Within the EU there are no customs charges, and you get a proper EU invoice for your accounts.
