Two things decide the effect
The width determines the letter height. With a long text every letter gets smaller. Short words look far stronger at the same width.
Neon needs distance. From two metres away a sign looks calmer and more even than from fifty centimetres. Plan the size for the place where it will hang.

Tested components
The components we use are tested to the European safety standards for luminaires: EN IEC 60598-1, EN 62493 and EN 62368-1 for the power supply. Plus RoHS for freedom from lead, cadmium and mercury.
Safe for living rooms and children's rooms. The light itself poses no danger: no broken glass, no noticeable heat, no high voltage. We provide test reports on request.

Why not just order direct from overseas?
Neon signs look cheaper on the big marketplaces. What that price does not tell you:
No customs chargesWith a direct import, customs duty and import VAT come on top — often only at delivery. With us the price shown is the final price, and there are no customs charges inside the EU.
A proper EU invoiceWith VAT shown separately and deductible as input tax. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced at 0 % VAT under the reverse-charge procedure. Purchase on account is possible — just ask us.

What you should know before you order
How long does delivery take?
Every sign is made individually for you. Production starts from 3 working days.
After that your sign goes out by express shipping with DHL or FedEx, tracking included.
Are the signs dimmable?
Yes. Dimmer and remote come with every sign, at no extra cost. You can adjust the brightness steplessly — from subtle ambient light to a full eye-catcher.
Can I also mount the sign outdoors?
For outdoor use we build a weatherproof version to IP67. Note it in the comment field when you order or send us a quick message — then we plan for it from the start.
The standard version is intended for indoor use.
Is mounting complicated?
No. The sign arrives ready to connect: plug in the power supply and you are done. Mounting hardware for the wall is included, or you can hang it from a wire.
Illustrated instructions are in the box. You only need to drill if you want to fix it firmly to the wall.
How much power does it use?
Comparable to an efficient desk lamp. LED neon runs on 12 volt low voltage and uses far less than classic glass tubes.
How long does an LED neon sign last?
The silicone LEDs we use are rated for over 100,000 hours. At eight hours of use a day that works out at more than 34 years.
In practice the service life depends on use, environment and components. We give a two-year warranty on electronics and workmanship.
What happens if the sign arrives damaged?
Just get in touch with a photo — WhatsApp is quickest. We sort it out directly and send a replacement, without a lengthy procedure.
Best to check the sign right after unpacking and switch it on once.
Can I have my logo or a custom design made?
Yes, but not through the configurator — that works with lettering. For logos, graphic marks and your own designs, send us your file via the
request page.
You get a to-scale drawing and the price within 12 hours — free and without obligation.
Can I exchange or return my sign later?
Custom-made goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal — your sign is built for you alone, after all.
That is why the configurator shows you at any time how your sign will look. Take a moment before you send it off. In case of defects the two-year warranty applies, of course.
What is the difference to real glass neon?
LED neon is break-proof, runs on low voltage and does not get hot. Glass neon is fragile, uses more power and develops noticeable heat.
Visually the difference is small — LED neon glows more evenly because there are no electrodes at the ends.
