How long does production take?
Production takes from 3 working days, because every neon sign is made individually to your specification. Once it is finished, we ship express with DHL or FedEx.
How fast is delivery inside the EU?
Once dispatched, your neon sign usually arrives within 1–2 working days in Germany and within a few working days elsewhere in the EU. There are no customs charges inside the EU. For particularly time-critical orders we offer individual express solutions.
Is an LED neon sign safe for the home or a children's room?
Yes. LED neon signs run on low voltage (12 volts) and do not build up the heat that glass neon does. They are shatterproof, long-lasting and very energy-efficient – ideal for living spaces and children's rooms.
Can I have my own logo made into a sign?
Yes. Send us your design file (PNG, SVG or AI) and we will check whether it can be produced. Logos work particularly well for offices, trade fairs, restaurants or reception areas.
Which colours are available?
You can choose from 13 fixed neon colours, including warm white, cool white, yellow, orange, red, pink, blue, light blue, green and purple. Multicoloured versions or Flow RGB are available as an option.
Is the neon sign dimmable?
Yes. Every personalised neon sign comes with a dimmer and remote. That way you can adjust the brightness as you like – from subtle ambient light to a strong glow.
How is the neon sign mounted?
You mount it with the spacers and screws included in the delivery. Alternatively, wall mounting with drilled holes or – depending on the model – a simpler fixing is possible. Mounting instructions are included.
How long does an LED neon sign last?
Our LED neon signs are rated for over 100,000 hours. With normal use, that means many years of reliable light.
Is a personalised neon sign energy-efficient?
Yes. LED neon uses considerably less electricity than classic glass neon tubes. That makes it not only long-lasting but also cheap to run.
What is the difference between LED neon and real glass neon?
LED neon is more energy-efficient, shatterproof and runs on low voltage. Classic glass neon is more fragile, uses more electricity and gets hotter. For living spaces and commercial use, LED neon is the more modern and safer option.
